The check-in time at all hotels is 14:00 hours. The check-out time is 11:00 hours. Do you expect to check in later than 00:00? Please let us know. The system automatically cancels a reservation if the room is not checked in before 04:00 hours, so if you’re planning to check-in after 00:00, we can hold the room for you.

No, early check-ins cannot be booked nor guaranteed. We always try our best to have the room ready as soon as possible. In case you arrive before 14:00 hours, we are happy to store your luggage in our secured storage room.

Yes, in case you want to snooze a bit longer we offer late check-out upon request. Please note this is depending on availability on the day itself with maximum to 15:00 hours. A surcharge applies of € 10 per hour.

The organic breakfast buffet is served at all hotels between 7:00 and 10:30. The buffet includes organic croissants, bread, granola, yogurt, nuts, eggs (scrambled and boiled) cheese, cold cuts, fresh fruit, juices and coffee & tea.
