2. Products & Licenses

All templates and themes sold through ThemeForest are subject to the Envato Market License. A Regular License permits use in a single end product. An Extended License permits use in a product sold to end users. License terms are governed by Envato’s licensing policy.

3. Services

WordPress setup, installation, customization, and support services are provided directly by MetropolitanHost. Service scope and deliverables are defined at time of purchase. All services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

4. Refund Policy

Digital template purchases made through ThemeForest are subject to Envato’s refund policy. Direct service purchases (WordPress installation, customization) are non-refundable after work begins. Contact us within 7 days of purchase if you experience issues.

5. Intellectual Property

All templates, themes, and design assets remain the intellectual property of MetropolitanHost. Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership. You may not redistribute, resell, or claim authorship of our products.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided “as is.” We make no warranties regarding compatibility with all third-party plugins or hosting environments. We recommend reviewing demo previews and documentation before purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

MetropolitanHost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our templates or services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.
