While I was going through the decidedly tedious process of finding templates for my new blog, I stumbled upon this site online and I'm glad I did. There are tons of generic, copy-paste blog themes out there that are either too basic or too complicated to use. Metropolitan Host's templates weren't like that. They have beautifully designed templates that look like someone tailored them specifically for my blog needs and how I want it to look and feel, which is awesome. They have tons of unique templates too, so I didn't feel like I was "obliged" to pick from a meh handful of options as opposed to the ones I saw here. I had a few questions and customer support was extremely fast and helpful. I'm big on great service and I got the answers to my questions and even some help from a developer on how to set things up on my blog. Long story short, I have no idea why Metropolitan Host doesn't have more reviews but the best gems usually don't. I'm more than happy to be the first one though.
