What's the difference between a template package and a custom brand package?
Template packages ($899–$2,499) start from a premium ThemeForest template and customize it to match your brand — fastest route to launch. Custom brand packages ($5,000–$15,000) design a brand-new theme from scratch with unique visual identity, custom components, and deeper integrations. Both include migration, installation, testing, and deployment.
Which package should I pick?
If you need a professional site live in two weeks on a tight budget, start with Standard Launch or Business Growth. If brand identity matters more than speed and you want a one-of-a-kind design, go custom — Custom Brand Launch is the entry point, Custom Brand Business is the sweet spot for most growing businesses.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. The listed price covers template/design licensing, customization, content setup, technical setup, testing, and deployment. You pay separately only for hosting, domain, and any paid third-party services you choose (e.g. premium plugins, Stripe/PayPal fees on sales).
Do I pay upfront or on milestones?
50% upfront to kick off, 50% on delivery. For packages above $5,000 we can split into three milestones (deposit, mid-build, launch). We accept Stripe and PayPal.
Can I upgrade after launch?
Yes. Upgrade pricing is the difference between tiers — no penalty, no restart fee. You can also add a monthly maintenance plan at any time for ongoing support after the included period ends.
What if I need more pages or products than the package includes?
We quote overages at a per-page / per-product rate before work starts — no surprise invoices. If the scope grows significantly, we'll suggest moving to the next tier instead (usually cheaper than overage fees).
Who owns the site when it's done?
You do. Full admin access, full code ownership, full export rights. You can move hosts or switch developers anytime with no lock-in.
