What's in the box.
Vitalis is one of our medical clinic website templates: an animated HTML5 template for multi-specialty clinics, medical centres and group practices. Electric cobalt, a lime accent and Funnel Display headings give medicine’s trust blue a modern health-tech voice. Underneath, it runs real clinic logic: whether each clinic is open on its own clock, every doctor’s next open slot from their weekly hours, a live Urgent Care wait from the hourly arrivals curve, what a visit costs on five insurance plans in person or by video, a four-step appointment that only offers free times, a lab panel that adds up the price, the fast and the results date.
It also has a weekly timetable that marks who is in right now. Vitalis ships with light and dark mode and right-to-left support through a flag language picker. On top of that, WebGL adds a breathing cobalt-and-lime light behind the heroes and page titles, and the clinic’s ECG trace sweeping across the footer.
Three Home Pages
- Home 01 – The Clinic: a hero slider with each doctor’s next opening and the live Urgent Care wait. Then comes the shared-record story and eight departments. Next comes a vitals monitor whose trace draws and figures count as it crosses the screen. Finally, the page ends with the doctors, the visit in four steps, patient stories, the cost estimator and the journal.
- Home 02 – Urgent Care & Video Visits: the live wait up front, video visits with their plan price, an around-the-clock band that turns from day to night while a 24-hour dial runs the day, which clinic is open right now, where to go for what, the doctors in the building today and questions before you come in.
- Home 03 – Family & Wellness: the family doctor, care for every age on life-stage cards that glide sideways as you scroll, the next check-up date and BMI tools and check-up packages. Then come the family doctors, stories and advice.
Clinic Pages
- Book An Appointment: four steps – department, doctor and visit type; a day from the next fourteen with its count of open slots, and a time; your details; then a review, a booking reference and a calendar file. A slot picked on a doctor’s page opens the form with it chosen.
- Our Doctors & Doctor Details: search, department, language and day filters. A profile with the doctor’s week and their next open slots.
- Doctor Timetable: the week by doctor with department tabs, a clinic filter, today’s column and who is in clinic now.
- Diagnostics & Lab Tests: category tabs and search and a panel that totals the price. It also has the longest fast with the latest time to eat and the day results arrive in working days.
- Pricing & Insurance: check-up packages, the cost estimator, every doctor’s fee with the Standard Plan price, billing questions.
- Locations: three clinics with live open status, a Google map switcher with each clinic’s week, and where to go for what.
- Departments & Department Details: eight departments, referral steps, conditions, procedures with prices, the team and its questions.
Inner Pages
Vitalis includes About Us, Our Doctors, Doctor Details, Locations, Departments and Department Details. It also has Diagnostics & Lab Tests, Book An Appointment, Doctor Timetable and Pricing & Insurance. Then come FAQ with topic tabs and search, Patient Login, Register and Forgot Password. There are also Health Journal, Journal Details and Coming Soon. Finally, there are 404 and Contact (working PHP form and map) – twenty-two pages in total.
