Saisona is a restaurant web template: a precise, animated HTML5 template for seasonal restaurants with an open kitchen. Ink on ivory, condensed capitals over big outlined serif words, hairline frames and night bands give it the calm of a well-run pass. Underneath, it runs real restaurant logic: an à la carte that changes by the week number and the season. It also has a fourteen-allergen matrix with filters, booking by seating area with the seats left in every time slot, the kitchen’s day live, and careers that set every open role beside the person it works with. Three Home Pages

• Home 01 – The Kitchen: a framed hero slider with the brigade’s faces and the week. Then come a booking bar by seating area, this week’s menu card between columns of kitchen photographs, the pass – plates slide along the steel shelf under the heat lamps from the kitchen to the dining room, each ticket called as it crosses – the plates of the week, a film from the kitchen, words from the brigade, a photo mosaic and the visit form.
• Home 02 – The Brigade: a night home with the three seating areas and the next service each books. Then come four plates on black, the brigade lines up portrait by portrait as you scroll with the open place at the end, the kitchen’s day live, the bar’s menu, open roles beside their stations and a portrait with a quote.
• Home 03 – The Season: a landscape hero with the produce at its peak this week. Then comes the four seasons with the current one marked. Finally, the page ends with one ingredient stays put while every dish made from it passes by, the growers carousel, the two-column menu with the mark on its divider and the year in 52 weeks.

Restaurant Pages

• This Week’s Menu: 67 dishes, each on for its own weeks of the year. Step through the weeks, filter by course, diet and the allergens to avoid, search, and add dishes to an order pad that totals the table with the service charge and splits it per guest.
• Allergen Matrix: the fourteen allergens against every dish of this week or next, with free-from filters and a count of what is left.
• Book A Table: chef’s counter, dining room or bar. The day (three weeks ahead, closed days marked), the party (sizes each area takes), the time slots with the seats left, and your details with allergies – Continue never blocks, Confirm gives a reference, and My Bookings lists and cancels it.
• The Year In Weeks: pick any of the 52 weeks for its season, its dates, the produce at its peak and its menu.
• The Open Kitchen: the step of the kitchen’s day the brigade is on. It also has the day’s timeline and the stations with this week’s dishes.
• Careers: six open roles with station, contract, hours and pay, each beside the member of the brigade you would work with. Role details and a four-step application.
• Gift Cards: set or own amounts, four seasonal designs, email or post, with a live card, its code and its expiry.
