Structa is a building construction website template: a sturdy, daylight HTML5 template for a construction and building contractor: safety yellow on charcoal and white, condensed headings, the yellow button with its arrow tab and real site photography. Underneath it runs real contractor logic: a cost estimator that prices a building from its floor area, build type, finish level, site and storeys, with the programme and the stage payments. Projects by sector with their progress worked out from today’s date, a five-step tender request, a live safety record, careers dated from today. And a plant & tool hire depot priced by the day or the week. It ships with a light and a dark theme. It also has right-to-left support and WebGL layers – the drifting shadow of a rebar mesh across the bands and a 3D crane arm in the footer, solved by inverse kinematics, stacking steel beams.

Three Home Pages

  • Home 01 – The Contractor: a hero slider over the sites, three sectors docked on the hero’s edge above the four ways we deliver, the site timeline – a typical building’s programme fills phase by phase, foundation, frame, envelope and handover, as you scroll – about the company with its figures. Then come the six services, the record in ring charts, the latest news, clients’ voices and a call to tender.
  • Home 02 – The Builder: a giant title over a site photograph with an image and text slider docked on its edge, projects by sector with a strip of figures worked from the cards, the crane carry – a hook carries a steel beam across the band as you scroll – over the crews and cranes we bring to site. Then come four steps to the keys, the crew, the safety record live and the open roles.
  • Home 03 – Estimate & Tender: a hero slider, a checkerboard of charcoal tiles and photographs. Then come the m² scrub – the floor area grows as you scroll and every build type is priced again – a call band with the map, a client’s quote, the tender in five steps and the hire depot.

Estimating, Projects & Company Pages

  • Cost Estimator: floor area in m² or ft² with a slider, storeys, seven build types, four finish levels, three sites, build only or design & build and six extras. The total with its range, the rate per m² and per ft², the breakdown (preliminaries, design fee, contingency), the programme in four phases with their weeks and cost, and the stage payments – saved with an estimate number and carried into the tender.
  • Rates Per m²: the rate card of every build type at every finish level, from the same sums, with the finish levels and the extras.
  • Request A Tender: five steps – the project, the scope, the programme and budget, documents and contact, a review – with a live summary. Continue never blocks. Only Send checks the form, then gives a reference, a site visit and a priced-tender date in working days.
  • Projects By Sector: sector tabs with counts, search and sort. It also has a sector panel worked out from the cards showing (projects, floor area, value, average programme, on site now) and each project on site with its progress, phase and handover from today’s date. The project page with its facts, its progress today and a gallery.

More Estimating, Projects & Company Pages

  • Safety Record: days and hours since the last lost-time injury, hours worked this year. It also has LTIFR and TRIR year by year against the industry. Finally, it has PPE, permit and supervision by task, the next toolbox talk and the certificates.
  • Careers: open roles dated from today with closing dates, department tabs, contract, search and sort. It also has the next apprentice intake, benefits, and the role page with its apply form.
  • Plant & Tool Hire: the depot with categories, a day-rate filter, sort and search. The equipment page with hire dates, the hire length and its cost (the week rate when it is cheaper), the deposit. The basket with days and quantities, delivery zones, a damage waiver, a code and tax. Checkout with a hire number, and a wishlist.
