What's in the box.
Aiga lets an agency publish listings, agent profiles and market news from one set of 21 pages. Its pages use Tailwind CSS 4 utilities directly in the markup, so you can edit them in place. As a Tailwind CSS real estate template, it suits agencies, property portals, individual agents, brokerages and developers.
Home Page Layouts for Agencies, Portals and Single Listings
Aiga has 7 home layouts, so each business can start from the one that matches how it sells.
- Standard: a search bar, featured listings and top agents.
- Video Hero: a full-screen video with an overlay search.
- Carousel Grid: featured properties in a carousel grid.
- Agent Focus: the team shown next to its listings.
- Single Listing Showcase: one property as a full-page hero.
- Parallax Listing: a parallax hero with property stats.
- Full-Width Map: an interactive map as the homepage.
A portal would likely pick the map home, while an individual agent would pick Agent Focus.
Property Listing Grid, List and Map Views
This Tailwind CSS real estate template gives buyers three ways to browse. Listing Grid shows cards, Listing List shows more detail per property, and Listing Map pairs results with a full-width interactive map. Isotope filtering then narrows listings by property type, location or status.
Listing Details matters most, because buyers decide there. It holds the gallery, specs, map and an agent call to action. Magnific Popup opens photos full screen, and Slick carousels run the featured sliders.
A compare modal puts two properties side by side. A multi-step form handles property submission, and a countdown timer suits open house dates or auction deadlines.
Agent, Broker and Neighborhood Pages
- Agents and Agent Details: a team grid, then a profile with listings and a contact form.
- Brokers and Broker Details: a brokerage directory and a profile for each firm.
- Neighborhood: an area guide with local amenities and nearby properties.
- Market news blog: grid, list and single article layouts, with a sidebar on the list view and comments on articles.
- Company pages: About Us tells the agency story, and Contact Us has a form, an office address and a map.
Login and signup modals are also built in, so visitors can create accounts without leaving the page.
Customizing Listing Cards in This Tailwind CSS Real Estate Template
Each section carries its styling in its own markup, so a listing card from Listing Grid can move to a home page and look the same. The compiled CSS holds just the utilities these pages call, which leaves unused styles out. Hover and focus states are written beside the base styles, so you can adjust a button in one place.
The finished pages open as they are, and the Tailwind source is included if you want to rebuild the styles. Neutral placeholders replace the preview images. Icons come from FontAwesome and Flaticon, and the text uses Google Fonts. Documentation walks through setup and customisation.
