A Tailwind CSS contractor template that prices a building from its floor area gives clients an answer before they phone the office. Structa is built on Tailwind CSS 4 for building contractors, general builders and construction companies. The look is safety yellow on charcoal and white, with condensed headings and real site photography.

Estimating and Tenders in a Tailwind CSS Contractor Template

Most clients ask what it will cost, then how to ask for a price. Because Structa answers both with working pages, these matter most for a contractor.

  • Cost Estimator: floor area in m² or ft² with a slider, storeys, seven build types, four finish levels, three sites, build only or design and build, and six extras. It shows the total with its range, the rate per m² and per ft², the breakdown, a four-phase programme and the stage payments.
  • Rates Per m²: a rate card of every build type at every finish level, worked from the same sums as the estimator.
  • Request A Tender: five steps with a live summary. Continue never blocks, and only Send checks the form. The visitor then gets a reference, a site visit and a priced-tender date in working days.

An estimate is saved with a number and carried into the tender, so the client does not retype anything. Because this Tailwind CSS contractor template keeps every price on one data block, the estimate, programme and stage payments always agree.

Three Contractor Home Pages

  • Home 01, The Contractor: a hero slider over the sites, a site timeline that fills phase by phase as you scroll, six services, ring charts, news and a call to tender.

Project Pages, Safety Record and Careers

Projects By Sector has sector tabs with counts, search and sort. Each project on site shows its progress, phase and handover from today’s date. Project Details adds the facts and a gallery.

The Safety Record page shows days and hours since the last lost-time injury and hours worked this year. It also charts LTIFR and TRIR against the industry and lists the certificates.

Plant and Tool Hire Depot Pages

The hire depot has categories, a day-rate filter, sort and search. For a building firm that also hires out plant, this Tailwind CSS contractor template puts the depot and the basket in the same design as the project pages. Equipment Details shows the hire length and its cost, using the week rate when it is cheaper. Checkout gives a hire number.

All 33 Pages

  • Company and work: About Us, Our Team, Careers, FAQ with search, Our Services, Sectors, Site Gallery, News, Contact with a working form and map, Client Portal
  • Account pages: Login, Register, Forgot Password, Coming Soon, 404

The three home pages complete the set.

Utility Styling With Tailwind CSS 4 on These Pages

Styling sits as utility classes in the HTML, so you can read and change how the Cost Estimator or a project card looks right where it sits. Colors, fonts and spacing are set once in the Tailwind theme. Change the yellow there and it reaches every page. Because a section’s styling travels with its markup, you can copy a block, such as the tender steps, to another page and it keeps its look.

Themes, Motion and Download Contents

A light theme is the default, and a dark theme is one switch away, remembered between visits. Right-to-left layouts work on every page, with a flag language picker. WebGL layers follow the theme colours: a drifting rebar-mesh shadow and a 3D crane arm in the footer. Swiper sliders, Fancybox video popups and a lightbox gallery are included, and Font Awesome Free loads locally.

The finished pages open as they are, and the Tailwind source is included if you want to edit and rebuild the styles. Neutral placeholders replace the preview images, and documentation is included. Fonts are Sofia Sans Condensed and Poppins.
