What's in the box.
A studio of illustrators and concept artists can show its work, price commissions and sell licences with Illustra, a Tailwind CSS design for artists template built on Tailwind CSS 4. It is made for a studio of several artists who work for game studios and publishers.
Every piece sits on its own flat pastel plate, set edge to edge. Lato titles, EB Garamond artwork titles, ink pills and one plum accent keep the page calm around the art.
Three Home Pages for Games, Books and the Studio
- Home 01, The Studio: a cream story slider, selected work as joined pastel plates with category tabs, and a paint-over that adds flats, shadows, light and effects as you scroll. It ends with a live estimate on the plum band.
- Home 02, Games & Concept Art: full-bleed concept paintings, a character band, joined character plates and a valley that comes apart into depth planes while you scroll. A 3D creature sits beside the live booking bars.
- Home 03, Books & Covers: a centred title over a storybook character, a shelf of books and cover series, and a colour script of twenty-four frames that fill in as you scroll.
Estimate Builder and Start a Project Pages
The Estimate Builder prices characters, environments and props by count and complexity. Turnaround, a style that picks the artists, and extras change the total, the deposit, the start and the delivery date as you go.
Start A Project then takes the client through five steps. The pieces carry over from the estimate, so nobody types them twice. Continue never blocks, and only Send checks the details.
Licensing, Licence Bag and Checkout
Licensing By Use has a terms table and a calculator. The Licence Library lists finished pieces with a price ceiling and sort, and Licence Details shows the terms for one piece. Each piece keeps its terms, so a buyer can check them in the Licence Bag, apply a coupon and see tax by billing region before Checkout. A Wishlist holds saved pieces, and a currency switch repaints prices in dollars, pounds or euros.

Styling the Plates, Themes and Studio Pages in Illustra
Mobile-first breakpoint prefixes in the markup let the plate grids and split-screen project pages respond on phones and desktops. Colours, fonts and spacing live in the Tailwind theme, so one edit there reaches every page. This Tailwind CSS design for artists template lets a studio swap the plum accent or the two typefaces in one place.
Themes, Motion and Scripts
The light theme is the default, and a dark theme sits on a switch that is remembered between visits with no flash on load. Right-to-left stylesheets cover every page, and a flag picker turns any page around. WebGL Perspective Guides take the theme colours, and a clay-render creature bust turns in the footer. Motion includes a Layer Stack preloader, palette-chip hovers and three scroll moments that never pin the page, with prefers-reduced-motion support. Swiper sliders, GSAP with ScrollTrigger, Fancybox popups and Font Awesome Free handle the rest.
What Most Buyers Change First
The first edits are usually the artists, the rate tables and the licence terms, because those hold the studio’s real prices and queues. Next come the plum accent and the type in the Tailwind theme. The download has the finished pages, which open as they are, plus the Tailwind source for anyone who wants to edit and rebuild the styles. Neutral placeholders replace the preview images, so you add your own artwork. Documentation is included.
